NOTICE is hereby given that the Eleventh Annual General Meeting of Ecofirst Services Limited will be held on Monday, 8th July 2019 at 11.00 a.m. at Bonbay House, Meeting Room No. 301, 3rd Floor, 24 Homi Modi Street, Fort Mumbai - 400001 to transact the following business:

Ordinary Business:-

• To receive, consider and adopt the audited Statements of Profit and Loss for the year ended 31st March, 2019 and the Balance Sheet as at that date together with the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.
• To appoint a director in place of Mr. Ramesh Krishnamurthy (DIN No.07795829), Director falling due for retirement by rotation in this Annual General Meeting and being aligible offers himself for re-appointment.
