Education Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech from a reputed institution

Experience level : 5-7 years

Key Responsibilities :

  • Highway/city roads master planning, junction design, traffic survey strategies, and more.
  • Lead traffic studies and financial evaluations for roads, highways, junctions, and interchanges.
  • Perform macro and micro traffic simulations, pedestrian circulation analysis, and traffic management plans.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure project success from design to completion.
  • On-site traffic surveys and manage survey agency deployment.

Required Skills

  • Traffic assessment, Financial modelling, and Transport planning using software’s like SYNCHRO, SIDRA, CORSIM, VISSIM, and more.

  • Co-ordination with Client, Associates, Contractors and any stake holders
  • Thorough knowledge of Contract Management.
  • Preparation of Weekly & Monthly report in Excel & PPT
  • Chair meetings and maintain focus on the meeting purpose –ensure all actions and items are recorded and issued in minute format and proactively monitor completion
  • Identifies project delivery resources required from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard request for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.
  • Carry out the tasks relevant to your specialization to the extent as described and requested by the Project Manager/Director
  • Inspection of site, assess the project, prepare measurements, Prepare BOQ with detailed specifications.
  • Attend Project Review meetings, Weekly meetings, Strategic meetings as required by Client / Project Manager / Director
  • Site work done measurements physical checking, Certification of running bills of contractors and closure of Extra items.
  • Director along with our team or on behalf of our Project team
  • To take care of basic MEP works at site, as per the requirement of Client expectation.
  • Apart from CIVIL / MEP, Co-ordinating with all other agencies deployed by owner directly or indirectly as required
  • Preparation of Project closure / any other reports in PPT as required by Project Manager / Director
