Puraniks City Neral is a mega township project proposed by Puranik Developers. The first phase consists of a proposed 106 acre township with all modern amenities. Ecofirst’s scope included consulting on Building and Infrastructure services, value engineering and cost optimization. The infrastructure planning service included water supply, Sewage treatment, storm water drain, Rain water harvesting, land development –cutting and filling, solid waste management at site level and firefighting requirements such as fire station establishment etc. While the MEP –Building services included consultancy services for providing Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, PHE & Fire, Low voltages solutions,etc.

Ecofirst provide Innovative ideas, solutions and products which can be implemented in the project for cost optimization. The approach adopted was to plan an integrated self-sustainable services system.
