The Godrej Properties Limited is developing a site of 34.20 acres for mixed use at Vikhroli. The site is situated along the Eastern Express Highway in Vikhroli (East). The Trees Residential project is a part of Godrej trees master plan development which is envisaged as a residential development with amenities like, hotels, club house, jogging track, playground etc. There are total 3 residential phases, 2 commercial phases and a hotel as a part of mixed-use campus. The whole development has been pushed forward with a specific emphasis on environmental issues.

The project uses elements of adaptive reuse of factory buildings / building materials and equipment’s and carefully highlights the history of the site to the present occupiers.
