Gachibowli, Hyderabad Location

Platina is a 16 storey building, located in Gachibowli, Hyderabad which is a major IT suburb of Hyderabad.

All the architectural arrangements and the building systems are intended to give the highest result in efficiency within the budgeted cost given by the client. Ground floor and First floor would be primarily used for parking. All the floors above would be used as office spaces. Unconditioned/service areas such as toilets, lifts, pantry, staircase, AHU and electrical rooms etc. would be located on the western façade of the building. Staircase and lift would also be there on the eastern façade of the building.

The master plan is done in such a way that there is a minimum disruption to the existing landscape. All parking requirement is provisioned to be placed under the building podium to maximize the landscape area. Any parking, roadways and pedestrian access on the surface has been constructed with permeable material as a measure to let the water to seep in to the ground like it was before any construction was made.

The landscape features and elements on the design are intended to further accentuate the existing landscape. Native plants have been prioritized to minimize required maintenance, water dependency and disruption to the existing condition.
