With a career spanning over 16 years, Sachin has gained extensive experience in legal affairs, company secretarial work, contract management, commercial recoveries, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and matters involving the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Sachin has played a key role in creating and implementing several important organisational policies. These include the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Policy, which ensures ethical practices and prevents corruption; the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy, safeguarding against financial crimes; the Data Privacy Policy (GDPR), protecting personal and sensitive data in line with global standards; and the POSH Policy, which prevents and addresses sexual harassment in the workplace.

He also manages advocacy and account recovery processes and represents the organisation in various legal forums. Sachin appears before courts, tribunals, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), appellate bodies, and international legal authorities on diverse legal matters.

Before joining Tata Consulting Engineers (TCE), Sachin served at Tata Petrodyne Limited from 2009 to 2014, where he held various responsibilities. He worked as a Company Secretary, managed contracts and procurement, handled FEMA-related matters, and contributed to several international projects.
