The proposed development at TMTC campus, Pune is a landmark project undertaken by TATA Sons Private Limited. The intent is to create a Future-Ready institute that is at par with educational establishments across the globe.

Ecofirst services limited, being the appointed Integrated Design Consultant proposed a master plan for the entire TMTC campus to repurpose, renovate and expand the facilities as per the increased demand, TMTC’s vision and to tackle current infrastructure issues. The primary focus of the proposed design is to create a holistic and conducive environment for future learning by integrating the essence of the site, heritage, place and future in a sustainable way.
